Amesbury Market
Hannah, Market Manager

Dry Goods Packer
This volunteer is responsible for packing to-go bags with dry goods based on each guest's order. Volunteers must be able to stand, lift, and carry up to 25lbs.  

Perishable Goods Packer
This volunteer is responsible for packing to-go bags with perishable goods based on each guests' order. Volunteers must be able to stand, lift, and carry up to 25lbs. 

Expo
This volunteer is responsible for collecting the to-go orders, weighing them, recording the weights, and transferring the orders to the Outside/Line volunteers. Expo volunteers must be able to stand for the duration of their shift. 

Outside/Check-In
This volunteer is responsible for checking guests in when they arrive to pick up their order and communicating with the Expo volunteer to locate the correct order. Outside/Check-In volunteers will also be responsible for putting the groceries into guests' vehicles. Must be able to stand, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.

Mobile Market
Tracy, Mobile Market Manager

Newburyport Curbside Distribution (Located at Newburyport Senior Center, 331 High St. Newburyport)
These volunteers will be responsible for finding a guests' order from the lineup and putting it in their vehicle. Volunteers must be able to stand, lift, and carry up to 25lbs. 

Mobile Packers
These volunteers are responsible for packing to-go orders for our various mobile markets. Volunteers will either pack dry goods and perishable goods based on what each guest orders or pack dry goods and perishable goods based on a predefined list of items. Volunteers must be able to stand, lift, and carry up to 25lbs.

Warehouse
Shannon, Community Engagement Coordinator

Warehouse Assistant
These volunteers are responsible for assisting the Warehouse Managers with the everyday operations of the Warehouse. They may assist in loading and unloading products, keeping the Warehouse clean and organized, and helping keep our Market stocked for the Bag Packers. Volunteers in the Warehouse should be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for periods of time. 

Unload Crew
These volunteers are responsible for unloading, weighing, and organizing the products that come into the Warehouse. These are usually big deliveries from US Foods or the Greater Boston Food Bank. Unload Crew members must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for periods of time. 

Market Set Up
These volunteers are responsible for restocking the Market for the Market Packing Crews. This includes organizing all the goods into their appropriate location and making sure there is enough for the amount of food ordered by the guests. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for periods of time. 

Truck Loaders
These volunteers are responsible for taking the bagged food orders and organizing them into the truck either for deliveries or for distribution at one of our Mobile Markets. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for periods of time.

Driving
Shannon, Community Engagement Coordinator

Truck Driver 
These volunteers are responsible for picking up donations and food orders from US Foods, the Greater Boston Food Banks, or delivering packaged groceries for our mobile markets. Driver volunteers for these pick-ups will use the ONT truck, or if the order is particularly small, the ONT van. 

Personal Vehicle Driver
These volunteers are responsible for picking up donations and food orders at local grocers. Driver volunteers for these pick-ups can use the ONT van or their own personal vehicle.

Office/Reception
Ann, Office Manager

Reception
Receptionist volunteers will primarily answer the phones to help guests with basic ONT questions or to assist with the online ordering system. Receptionists will also occasionally perform basic clerical duties, such as data entry or filing, during their shift. 

Remote Support
Remote support volunteers will answer their personal phone to help guests with the online ordering system.

Wednesday Meal
Heather, Meal Manager

Meal Prep and Distribution 
These volunteers will be responsible for assisting the Meal Manager with the everyday operations of the Wednesday Meal. Duties may include prepping food, packaging meals in to-go containers, assisting with curbside distribution, and cleaning and sanitizing the space. Volunteers should be bale to stand for extended periods.
