Is it possible to continue shopping online and pick up curbside?
We’ve returned to our pre-covid, in-person model and are very excited to see your smiling faces again! Curbside is no longer available in most cases.
Am I able to bring my children to the market with me?
Everyone is welcome at ONT, including children. We love seeing children in our market!
What are your covid-19 safety protocols?
We will happily provide masks and sanitizer upon request. In addition, if there is a wait time and you would prefer to wait in your car rather than our waiting room you a welcome to do so as long as you stay on the premises and provide a phone number where we
can reach you.
I have a very busy schedule, how long will it take to shop?
We have doubled our market size and we are changing our checkout process so that is more efficient. We have added hours to our market schedule and are also open on Thursday evenings and Saturdays to accommodate working schedules. We are hoping these changes make your shopping experience more pleasant and certainly faster! If you are still having difficulty fitting our market hours into your schedule, we ask that you find someone else who can shop for you and let us know who your alternative shopper is and we will add them to your account to make it easier at check-in and checkout.
What should I do if I have a medical condition that prevents me from shopping in person?
If you have a medical condition that prevents you from shopping in person at any store in public, please note that a signed letter from your doctor is necessary for approval of medically necessary curbside pickup. If you need to be screened for a medical necessity approval, please call 978-290-5148 and leave a voice mail clearly stating your name, phone number and the best time to reach you and our intake department will return your call at their earliest convenience.

Things to Remember
- The early bird does NOT get the worm at ONT. Our market is constantly restocked with fresh fruits and vegetables! To avoid long lines, please consider coming at your typical pick up time, or during afternoon hours.
- Bring your re-usable bags. Each week that you bring your own re-usable bags to the market, you will be entered into a raffle for a $10 Market Basket gift card! (While supplies last!)
