You'll be at the center of the action, assisting guests in our Market or serving dinner at our Community Meal.

Sponsor & Serve - MarketsYour group of up to 5 volunteers will assist shoppers in ONT's Market with positions such as check in, market assistant, check out, and more. You and your group will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests get their weekly groceries!
ONT's Market operates at the Seacoast Regional Food hub at 1 14 Bridge Road in Salisbury. Sponsors may schedule on the following days/ times:
Thursday 12:30-3:30 or 3:15-6:30 Friday 8:45-12:00 or 11:45-3:00 Saturday 8:45-1:00 |
Sponsor & Serve - Community MealYour group of 5-6 volunteers will act as waitstaff to our guests dining at our Wednesday Meal. Volunteers will greet guests, serve the plated dinner, help clean up, and more! Dining at the Wednesday Meal is a high point in the week for many people in our community.
The Community Meal takes place every Wednesday (except Christmas and New Year's) at the Main Street Congregational Church in Amesbury. Your volunteer shift runs from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSWhat is the cost of sponsorship?
Sponsors are asked to commit to a minimum of $750 to secure your sponsorship. If you would like to sponsor, but can’t meet the minimum, might we suggest pairing up with another group or family? There is no maximum to your donation; sponsors may also opt to contribute $1500 to underwrite the full cost of the program. What days/times of the week are shifts available?
Meals are hosted every Wednesday, with the exception of major holidays (Christmas, New Year's). The time commitment for sponsor server volunteers is 3:30pm - 6:30pm. The ONT Markets are open weekly Thursday - Saturday with varying time availability. Can children participate?
Our dining room and market function very much like your typical restaurant and grocery store. Generally, our volunteers must be 16 years of age to participate. Student groups meeting that age requirement are welcome! If you have questions about younger children, please contact us. Due to lack of space and handling of hot foods, we cannot permit children under the age of 12 in these shifts. I want to sponsor & serve! What do I do nexT?
